Sup my bruddas! Please enjoy the above picture of me, Emma, and Katelyn's male alter egos. Their names are Kirk, Ernest, and Karl. Kirk is Elton John my alter ego, and he is the trios PEP MASTER. The ultimate source of happiness and team spirit! And everyone hates him for it.
Also, I'm ashamed to say that this is his outfit, pretty much;
Anyway back to the dudes. Ernest is an angsty guy who has no reason to angst at all, and also smokes a pipe. He writes poetry too. Poetry full of DEEP SYMBOLIC MEANING (angst).
Lastly there is KARL. Karl is a giant nerd and also kind of a jerk. He's really into sci-fi and alien ladies. Speaking of which;

Hey guys!!! I'm afraid to say that posts on my blog will be less frequent now, because SCHOOL has started. But, I will still try to post at least 1 thing a week. It may be a comic, it may be a picture, but either way it will be posted!

For the most part, school has been pretty RADICAL. Except for Mr. Melki who is a dum-dum that doesn't know the difference between abstract and surrealism! hrrrhnfggghhh

Anyway here's a picture!
That's Monoko from a game called Yume Nikki, if you don't know. I drew her for lack of any better ideas. I tried a new effect/style/whatever thing with the brush hardness and opacity, and I like how it turned out.

CHECK IT

In a post a while back, I vaguely mentioned that I was working on something. Something awesome. It was this post, to be precise: http://the-kirbinator.blogspot.com/2010/08/bluh-bluh.html
But more importantly, that awesome thing I was working on has been completed, AND HERE IT IS:
If you can't tell what that is, because I took that with my shoddy webcam, I will tell you what it is. It is a comic book with nothing but Hideki and Daichi comics in it (many of you know them, the japanese twin dudes).

I know what you're thinking; "Yeah okay, Kirby just took a bunch of comics she's shown me before and binded them. What makes this so special?" WELL I'LL TELL YOU WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL.

The comics featured in this book have NEVER BEEN READ BEFORE (well Katelyn has read like 4 of them, but that's less than half so I won't count it). So cool.

The bad part is I'm going to make you pay me before you can get one. And I'm not letting you read before you pay, either. But hey, it takes a lot of effort to put one of these things together okay? I have a right to ask for cash.

Lucky for you guys, I'm only asking for an even 3 buckaroos for one of these babies. I know you guys can afford that! I know it.

Heyyy guys! I haven't drawn any comics in the last few days, surprisingly. Or, rather, I haven't completed any. So, have the above picture of a young man from a movie I love. If you don't know the movie, you don't know me.

Also here is a picture that will soon be a watercolor painting. Because I bought watercolors and watercolor paper. Alas, though, I do not have a lightbox to transfer this onto watercolor paper, so the painting can't be done yet. Maybe I will just use the window.

Ah Suki Suki

Remember a couple posts back when I said Katelyn had come up with her own study buddies, to help her learn Japanese? Remember when I said I would draw them? Well, I did! Their names are Sumi and Suki and they are twins.
