Beatniks, Fred Savage, and Faygo

Remember all the posts where I said there would be weekly updates? Those were filthy, filthy lies.

Here have a comic!

That was me realizing that I look like a beatnik. I might as well start writing poetry and snapping instead of clapping now. Also, playing the bongos and wearing turtlenecks and berets.

That's pretty much the extent of my knowledge about beatniks, actually.

Oh I made a thing:

It is TOTALLY AWESOME: THE FRED SAVAGE APPRECIATION BOOK.

I spent an hour making that on Friday night with my copier, which really goes to show what kind of social life I have.

Anyway, it's a four page book featuring nothing but pictures of Fred Savage, and my commentary. My creepy commentary. Actually, everything about this is pretty creepy, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHY IT IS FUNNY.

It should also be noted that my sense of humor is really, really stupid.

I know what you're thinking now: You're thinking that this post is almost over. WELL I HAVE NEWS FOR YOU, SIR: It isn't. We still have to talk about...

FFFFFAAAAAAAAAYYYYYGGGGGOOOOOOOOOO

BACKSTORY: My father had taken me to the corner store because he wanted to get a lottery ticket. It was the unsavory corner store down the street that has bars on the windows. Everytime I go in there, I feel like some guy is going to bust in with a gun AND SHOOT ERRBODY. Anyway, I made my way to the beverage selection. There was a lot of beer and Sundrop, but amongst it, I saw a shining beacon of hope: FAYGO.

I gazed at it: it's smooth, bold logo, it's proclamation of "BIG 24 oz.", the fact that one bottle has 390 calories...I was drawn in. Clearly, I knew what I had to do.

I bought three.

Each bottle was later taste tested by me, Emma, and Katelyn, and we came to the conclusion that: It tasted pretty swell (except the red one, which tasted like someone mixed Kool-aid and cough syrup together. Katelyn loved it though.) So yes, juggalos have taste buds, but they still have no taste in music.

Okay, I think that's enough nonsense for today. Toodles!
